[W8lrc] Repeater Power Amplifier

We are currently experiencing problems with our Power Amplifier. We are
working to resolve this as fast as we can. The system is only operating on
around 1/2 watt right now. Please do not "KERCHUNK' the repeater. This will
only hinder our efforts
