Below is an announcement from myself and Justin regarding the one-time IRA net concerning online VE license testing, now scheduled for Sunday:  January 10 at 6 PM.

"There will be a one-time informational net on the IRA Link System regarding fully-remote amateur radio license testing on Sunday, January 10 at 6 PM local time.
Justin Wolters (N8FCC), will be our net control.  Justin also is the person heading up this entire endeavor.

The purpose of the net is to inform and educate those who are interested in fully-remote amateur radio exams and the typical process one goes through when taking a fully-remote exam, from finding a session to signing the forms.

An accompanying live stream will be taking place on YouTube which will provide means for those not yet licensed or unable to join the net via the IRA link system to both listen along and join the conversation. The stream will also have a presentation to go along with the spoken presentation on the net, so all are encouraged to view the stream. The net will consist of 2 parts. Part 1 will involve an overview presentation on the process of taking a fully-remote exam.  Part 2 will consist of a question-and-answer (Q and A) segment, in which  Justin and several experienced VEs will be available to answer questions from net participants.
